Pathology

Pathology is study of disease of the human body. This course will cover common spinal and joint pathology in detail. Also covered, are common disease of the organ systems, with a special focus on skin diseases that the massage therapist may see in practice and should become very familiar for safety of both the therapist and clients. Proper understanding of medical terminology is essential for communicating pathology with clients and heath care professionals. Medical terms will be emphasized in the course.
