Ethics prepares the student to navigate the professional environment with strategies that include setting professional boundaries, proper interview techniques, communications (verbal and nonverbal), recognizing when emotional trauma is presenting in the physical body, when a client is to be referred out of your office to the proper qualified health care professional.
