Your treatment may include manual therapy, acupuncture, laser therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other techniques based on your individual needs. Every treatment plan is personalized to your condition and goals.
Our goal is to identify the source of your pain, restore movement, reduce pain, and help you return to the activities that matter most.
What's the Process?
1. Fill out Pre-Intake Form
Fill out our pre-intake form to tell us more about you, the issues you want resolved, and tell us when the ideal time for an appointment would be. This step will help us analyze your details and create a custom plan for your pain solution.
2. Confirmation Call
After submitting your form, a member of our team will call you to confirm details and confirm a date for your appointment. During this call, feel free to share more information you may find important.
